MIAM

A private 45–60 minute meeting to explain the process, check safety/suitability, and discuss the issues you want to resolve.

£112 per person
£62 for Universal Credit recipients.

Joint mediations

If mediation is suitable and you both agree to proceed, we’ll schedule joint sessions. Shuttle (separate online rooms) can be arranged if preferred.

Standard: £180 per person

Child-only mediation: £140 per person

Government voucher

We can apply for a £500 government-funded voucher for mediation sessions involving children.
The voucher does not cover MIAMs or documents and is subject to availability.

We’ll discuss eligibility at your MIAM.

Documents we produce

Children’s cases: Statement of Outcome – £120 per case. Financial cases: £340 per case - includes an Open Financial Statement and a Memorandum of Understanding (what you’ve agreed). If no agreement is reached we return at least 50% of the document fee to you minus a processing fee.
